Launching of market information prospect service on-demand specially oriented to the Life Science Industry and the Nanotechnology Industry and related Organizations. This brand new service on-demand is the 1rst of a brand new category of services on-demand: marketing.

Bastos (Editor-in-Chief of nanogolive portal) was present at the EuroBioForum 2007 (December 5-7) held in Lisbon (Corinthia Lisboa Hotel), Portugal, event organized by the European Science Foundation and considered an Official Event of The Portuguese Presidency of the EU. The partners of this event were Sixth Framework Programme (FP6), Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT) and Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior (MCTES). EuroBioForum provided a networking event for professionals from science, industry, government, foundations and finance, with the objective of engaging with researchers to identify future grand challenges in the Life Sciences which require a coordinated approach for their financing and implementation.

Bastos (Editor-in-Chief of nanogolive portal) was present at the empreenda'07 - Idea & Venture Fair, (5th December 2007), held in Porto (Edifício da Alfândega), Portugal. This event (the 3rd. Edition) was again organized by IAPMEI – the government agency from the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of Portugal responsible for the support to small and medium-sized businesses. This fair was one important venture capital investment-related event in Portugal, featuring key Venture Capital Industry speakers on venture capital investment from Portugal.

Bastos (Editor-in-Chief of nanogolive portal) was present at the High Level Conference on Nanotechnologies, EU2007.PT, (November 19-21), venue at University of Minho, Portugal, event organized by the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union. The Conference was held in Braga, in a symbolic act aiming to emphasize that this city was selected for the installation of the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, INL. This Conference offered a unique opportunity to get together Policy Makers, Scientists and Industry.

The 2007 edition of this highly important event was once again adapted to the current pharmaceutical universe, offering new solutions and opportunities to all Pharmaceuticals and all Professionals of Healthcare (namely Pharmaceutical Industry, suppliers of Pharmaceutical equipment and suppliers services for the Pharmaceutical sector). With great prestige and reputation, EXPOFARMA is the only National Pharmaceutical exhibition aiming the promotion of business (offering to its visitors an innovative impact in business opportunities and having in exhibition the best Companies of this sector) and the share of knowledge, both essential for the increase of productivity.

Bastos (Editor-in-Chief of nanogolive portal) visited 3as JORNADAS DE INOVAÇÃO, (November 7-10), venue at Lisbon (Feira das Indústrias de Lisboa), Portugal, event organized by Agência de Inovação. This highly important event had the triple objective of (1) to announce the results of R&D, (2) to support the economic valorization of the results and (3) to increase the power of partnerships and the to establish of synergies between entrepreneurs, investors and researchers. The exhibition of the results of these 3as JORNADAS DE INOVAÇÃO, was an opportunity to show to the Country that this change is sustainable based in the new technological developments. More than 300 results of enterprise projects were in exhibition.

Bastos (Editor-in-Chief of nanogolive portal) was present at the BIOMEET 2007 - 2º Encontro Nacional de Empresas de Biotecnologia, in September 21, venue at Taguspark (Grande Auditório), Oeiras, Portugal, event organized by the APBio - Portuguese Bioindustries Association. Following the enormous success reached by its 1st edition, BIOMEET 2006, the 2nd edition, BIOMEET 2006 translated the importance of the growth and potential of Portuguese Biotechnology. BIOMEET 2007 was once more an opportunity for the meeting of all entities involved into this sector in Portugal, with the aim of promoting the networking with the speakers.

Launch of nanogolive.com – a brand new portal offering globally useful resources to life science industries, nanoindustries, life science researchers and nanoscience/nanotechnology researchers.

Introduction of the catalog of services on-demand, 1st edition.

transADVANcis was kindly invited by Universidade Lusíada of Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal, Faculty of Engineering, to participate in the VII Engineering Conference, NANOTECHNOLOGIES: Strategies and Incentives - Integration of Nanotechnologies in Industrial Applications (Thu, May 3, 07). transADVANcis was pleased to present the plenary lecture titled “Consultancy for Global Markets of Nanoindustry and Life Sciences” to a highly interested audience. transADVANcis had the opportunity to present its milestones, mission, clients profile, executive management and competencies. transADVANcis also presented its offering of services on-demand (strategy, administration & finance, web, graphic) and resources. transADVANcis also announced the releasing of the catalog of services on demand, 1st edition.
